Evaluate The Environmental Liability Directive

Express your opinion via Have your say portal by 4 August 2022 in a process of a public consultation if the Directive, governing environmental liability for damage and highlighting the "polluter pays" principle, is fit for its purpose or has shortcomings and imperfections. The opinions given must be in accordance with the rules for submitting opinions and proposals (without advertisements, insults, etc.), otherwise will not be taken into account.
