EU case law

represents the interpretation of EU law in the form of binding judgments for all national, regional and local courts of the EU Member States. The key task of the EU Court of Justice is to ensure equal application and uniform interpretation of EU law in all Member States.

ECLI is the European Identification Code of Case Law, which allows for the correct, unambiguous search and citation of EU judgments. The national coordinator of ECLI for Slovenia is the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia, Ljubljana.
