International treaties and EU agreements
Mednarodne pogodbe in sporazumi EU so akti, s katerimi EU ureja svojo eknomsko, socialno in politično vlogo, položaj ter odnose na mednarodni ravni – torej z državami nečlanicami oziroma s t. i. tretjimi državami, zato tudi predstavljajo dopolnilni pravni vir EU.
Ločimo tri tipe pridružitvenih sporazumov:
V dopolnilni pravni vir EU spadajo tudi sporazumi o sodelovanju in trgovinski sporazumi.
EU international treaties and EU agreements are acts by which the EU regulates its economic, social and political role, position and relations at the international level - that is, with non-member countries - third countries and therefore constitute a complementary source of EU law.
We distinguish three types of association agreements:
Ločimo tri tipe pridružitvenih sporazumov:
- Sporazum o ohranjanju posebnih vezi nekaterih držav članic EU s tretjimi državami:
* Sporazum iz Cotonouja,
* Sporazum iz Cotonouja,
- Sporazum o pripravi mogočega pristopa in oblikovanu carinske unije,
V dopolnilni pravni vir EU spadajo tudi sporazumi o sodelovanju in trgovinski sporazumi.

Complementary EU sources also include cooperation agreements and trade agreements.
