EU decisions

are binding legal acts that can be applied in general or are binding only on a specific addressee;

- a single EU Member State or several EU Member States,
- a single undertaking or several undertakings,
- one or more individuals.

If the eu decision does not specify the addressees, it must be published in the Official Journal of the European Union. EU decisions are not transposed into the national law of the EU Member States.
